How should I search for my query form?
• Please select the type of query form from the drop-down menu box and fill in the number in the text box next to it.
• Next, type in the Access Code.

Where can I get my Access Code?
• There will be a unique 15 alpha-numerics Access Code assigned to each query form when you submit. You should copy down the Ref. No. and Access Code everytime you submit a query form.

It's very troublesome to copy down the Access Code everytime, is there any other way to make it easier?
• Of course there is, just sign up as Isdea Member and you can view your query form in your members-only ultilities area.
• Furthermore, your details will be automatically fill for you when you want to submit a query form.

I have forgotten my Access Code for a query form, and I am not a Isdea Member, how should I retrieve my Access Code?
• Please provide as much details as possible and email to tech@isdea.com.my
• Details that needed for Access Code retrival are: Name, Phone No., Email, Address… etc that you had entered when submit the query form.
• Please wait for one(1) business day for us to send the Access Code to your email or by phone.
• If possible, please try to sign up as Isdea Member to avoid this problem happen again.

What is Query Form?
• This is the first step that Isdea Solutions for e-purchasing. With the query form, you may just sit and home and shop in Isdea Solutions.
• Currently, we had not complete the e-payment service yet. But member will be announced as soon as the service is online.

What is the Format for Reference No.?
• XXXX-12345678

Can I view other members' query form as well?
• No, members are allowed to view their own query form only.

Is LogOut important?
• Yes, it is.
• If you do not LogOut, other user that use this PC afterwards within 30 mins. Will have access to all your information, including changing your password which will create un-necessary inconvenience for you.
